Посылка доехала до Харькова за 3 недели. Трекинг работал все время. Нареканий на работу продавца и служды доставки нет. Все аккуратно упаковано, без деформаций заводской упаковки. Провел тестовую чистку зубов - понравилось - щетка эффективно очистила налет даже в труднодоступных местах (обычной щеткой такого не добьешься). Рекомендую сразу же заказывать и набор из трех насадок, вместе с одной комплектной этого хватит на год активного использования данного гаджета. Рекомендую данную щетку у данного продавца к покупке!

Premetto di aver comprato lo spazzolino per il suo design molto minimale, ho subito acquistato le testine, un pacco contenente tre testine ognuna a sua volta incartata singolarmente.
Spazzole molto morbide a mio avviso ma fanno un ottimo lavoro ad un prezzo molto contenuto ma qualitativamente ottimo.

Every item is individually packed. The brush is quite soft, I don't thing it's medium, I think it's somewhere between soft and medium. Overall good quality as you would expect from Xiaomi.
